Bache_Sheet of Paper

I took this photo after school in Mr. Gilligan's room. I liked how this picture created somewhat of an illusion, the way the lines appeared to curve and the width between the lines appeared to get wider.

McGarry_litter

This is a picture I took while I was biking home from church. I saw the empty carton lying there, and I thought it would make for an alright picture. This was taken at midday with no flash.

old truck_jules

I edited this picture by fading the color and adding a little bit of a warm tint to it. I like how it makes the picture look kinda "run down". I also like the crisp details on the truck and the flow of the picture. This was taken on macro with out the flash.

Warzewska_Red Spoon

I took this photo a couple of days ago on my phone, indoors with natural lighting. I really like the contrast between the red spoon and the white cup. I also like how the spoon is crisp and in focus, while the cup is slightly out of focus. I think that the background blends in too much with the cup and that it is a little bit overexposed.

Reitter_Clock

This is a photo I took of a clock tower in Lowell. I like this photo because you can see good detail in the stone. The lighting is okay because it was taken during sunset. A slight glare of the sun is in the clock, which adds a lot to the photo and does not make it so boring. The only thing I would change would be croping out the sky to the left of the tower.

Delmoral_InsideOut

This is a picture I took of some of the windows at school one day. The sky just looked so blue that day and I thought it would be cool to capture the white clouds popping out out from the blue. The windows were just a little something extra... This was taken indoors without flash.

JackEgizi_Beach in March

I took this photo on Saturday (St. Patricks day) when I went to my beach house. I did not use my camera, I used my phone. I like how blue the sky looks in this photo and how blue the water looks. I think the photo has good flow of the rockky part, the sandy part and the water part. I like how if you look at this photo you can see that the beach goes on for miles.

Chen_ flower show

I went to the Flower show in Boston yesterday. I like this picture because it is very colorful and there is only one flower is facing me, which is the main object. I was using flash. info: NIKON D90 [105mm F2.8] F4.0 1/60s ISO200

Chan_Misc.

I like this photo because of the color. I like how everything in the background is a dull brown color and how the yellow and green of the flower make it stand out. Also, I like how the flower is in crisp focus. You can see a lot of details in the petals and the stems. If i could change something, i would like to get closer in on the flower so that there is not so much of the background to distract the viewer.

Warzewska_Exotic

I took this photo indoors, with natural lighting. (1/13 shutter speed and ISO 800) I like how the focus is on the pink flower and how all the leaves flow to the stem of the flower. I think that the blinds in the background are a little distracting but they also add to the flow of the photo.

Bache_Tin

I like this photo because it makes me laugh. I saw this tin can in my sister's bedroom and all she had inside was beads string and buttons. I angled the image to create more movement.

Jimin_ inside car

I took this picture in Cho's car. I like this picture that the clean subject and I tried that do not make the shadow so that make a clean

Rabinowitz_Salt & Pepper

This is a photo I took of salt and pepper shakers that were on our table at a restaurant. When I saw the salt shaker knocked over, I thought it would be an interesting picture to take. The darkness of the wood makes the colors of the salt and pepper stand out.

Austin_Leaves

I took this picture of leaves in the sun. I like how all of the leaves are different shades of green with different patterns of dark spots on them. I also like how the shadows from the sun cover random parts of the leaves. Taken outdoors without flash.

McGarry_Tracks

This is a picture I took of a friend of mine while we were on a run. I particuarly like the way his head is framed by the bright sky; I thought that that draws the right amount of attention to him. this was taken outdoors in late afternoon without flash.

Reitter_ Eagle

This is a photo I took in Lowell. It is of an eagle on top of a tower. I cropped the photo down so there was not as much empty space in the background. The thing I do not like is that the lower part of the photo, where the birds are sitting, are not in focus. I like the lighting of the eagle and the glare from the ball.

snow tracks- Jules

I took this picture on my front steps. I liked how the snow had melted on the edges of the step. I like how the footprints are coming towards the bottom, like it makes it feel like they are coming towards you. I also like the contrast of the dark steps against the white snow. This was taken on the macro setting no flash.

Chen_ sail a boat on the land

I took this picture In Boston long time ago. I really like this picture because it is not someting that people can usually see everyday. It is amazing that this man ride this thing on the street. Im glad that I catched that nice in focuse. info: NIKON D90 [70-300mm F4.5-5.6] F5.0 1/200s ISO500 -0.7EV

Yulu_EGG

This picture is one of my title project, foods in my life. I took this one while i am cooing breakfast. It has really good focus and very colorful.

Delmoral_Lightbulb

This is a picture I took of the lightbulb inside of my lamp. I thought the lamp's glow was pretty interesting looking and I used the rule of thirds. I took this in a dark room without flash.

Wang_between human and dog

I took some pictures about people and dog this afternoon when I go out for a walk. I'd like to post some of it because I think it is interesting.

Wang_movement

I took this three pictures today afternoon about 6 pm. I chose to post those pictures because I like the movement.

Barbieri_Color

This is a picture I took for my _________@________ project and my thing was color @ home. This is a picture of paint chips that I got for this project. I like how you can read the names of the colors and figure out that they are in a rainbow but the photo is in black and white so you can't actually see the colors. I like the irony of it. Also i like the angle that they are in because it has really nice flow.
