Alex_ Milk weed

I took this photo when I was in Rhode Island in mid October. I decided to re-enhance this photo to make it look more vibrant. I like the varieties of color in this photo, the contrast, the depth, and point of view to this photo, because it makes this photo interesting to look at. I also like how the wildflower is in perfect focus and the rest of the photo is out of focus. I also like the sun reflecting on the wildflower because it makes this photo look interesting to the viewer. I wish this photo wasn't a overexposed in the sky and the background of the photo because it removes a lot of the detail to this photo. I took this photo with natural lighting, with flash, macro, and slower ISO speed of 125, and auto adjustments. I enhanced the bottom photo to make the photo appear with more detail, and to remove some exposed spots from the original.

I took this photo when I was in Rhode Island during Thanksgiving Break. I took this photo at Fort Adams near Newport. I really like it how the sunlight was reflecting through the hall of the fort, and how the light casted on both the floor and the walls. It really makes this photo interesting to the viewer not just because of the light but also for the whole quality of the photo. The way I took this photo makes it look like a professional photo, which is why I chose to post this photo. It was one of my favorite photos that I took when I was in Rhode Island during that break.

I took this picture over vacation in the Bahamas. What makes this photo unique is the shells on the hands. I also like the texture of the photo in general. If I were to change one thing I would change the lighting.

I took this picture when i was in China. I like it because the old building and the whether is very nice in that day. I dont sure about that the people in the balckground is good or not . But i think is it ok.

I took this picture of a little stream close to my house. I really like it, because of  how it's not perfectly straight and the snow is exactly connected to the curves of it. I wish I had seen the blue string peeking out from the main tree. I'm also not sure that the branches in the background complement the picture, but I like it.

I took this picture today with my nikon camera. I like this photo in many ways. I like the reflection from the puddle and the whites of the slushy snow. I also like the angle that i took the photo at, because this was taken in my driveway, their are tire marks so i like how it intersects the photo at an angle towards the top. The obly thing that i dont like about the photo is the green and brown pine needles in the puddle of water.

I took this photo when I was walking back home in an afternoon in this winter break. It was raining outside at that time. I like this photo because we could not see the background because of the fog. I alos like the structure of the photo, the trees looked very far and the branches looked very closed to us. The fog also made this photo looked like a black-and-white photo, which was a style I really like.

This photo is one of my chronological nature photos. I chose this photo because I really like the red, green, and yellow mix of leaves in the photo. This was taken with flash off. I like how the leaves hide the branches of the trees. I like how the main focus of the photo is on the leaves and the colors of them.

I took this photo with my camera, using the macro setting, and without flash. I really liked this photo because the background is a nice shade of blue, which makes it great for nighttime photography. I also liked how the star in the photo really added some light to it. I also really liked the depth of field in this photo.

I took this picture at one of my swim meets. I like this picture because there's a swimming with a blue cap in a sea of red caps. I like the contraction of the blue cap with the red caps.

I took this picture in the beginning of the year.  I like how the yellows greens and whites are consistant through out the photo and just different shades of these colors are shown.  I also like the fence in the background because it adds texture and isn't distracting because the petals of the flowers are vertical too.  I took this with no flash and used natural light.

I took this photo during my brother's hockey game.  I though the texture of the bleachers was really interesting.  I like the highlights on the metal bleachers and the different screws and bolts adding texture.  I also like the depth of field and the game in the background.

I took this photo with my camera, without flash, and using the macro setting. I really liked this photo because of the sunlight coming through the bottom of the scarf. I also like how the gold writing is in crisp focus and the rest of the scarf is generally out of focus.

This is my pre-post for next week since I will be on vacation. This is a picture I took of a graffiti covered truck on Beaver St. in Framingham. I really like the way the bright colors of the paint and the blue buckets contrast with the snow. I also like the sunlight reflecting off the truck. Overall I think this is a cool photo and I like it a lot.

I took this photo a couple weeks ago when it snowed pretty hard. The photo is of many small tree branches with fresh snow fall on them. I really like the contrast between the white snow and the brown of the trees. I like how it is so vivid. It makes your mind look everywhere. I like how it just looks simple. It looks like a classsic winter picture.

I took this photo of my cousin while I was in Pakistan. I really like this photo because of the lighting and the way she is positioned. The lighting makes the photo look unique, and the angle the photo is taken in makes it look different too.

I took this picture in my backyard of a close up of a large icicle hanging off my roof.  I really like how you can see a lot of the detail in the icicle and I also like the color of the sky in the back round.

I took this photo of my dog while we were outside in the snow.  I took it on an overcast and snowy day so the lighting wasn't harsh.  I really like the way the snow looks as it is falling on her fur.  I also like the way she is licking her nose.  Lastly, i would change the way the branch is cutting across her body in the shot.

I took this picture in my house. I live in a Chinese host family. We have this flower in the house because of the celebrate of the Chinese new year. I like the blurred of the background of the picture wich can make the flower look more unique and beautiful.And the flash effect on the flower make the picture more comfortable.

These are some pictures I took of my friend Vanessa while doing a make-up assignment. I like all of them equally. They all have good highlights in the eyes and hair. I took around 300 pictures and these are my top 3. I was trying to go for an urban theme.

Santos_lights

I took this picture in my room, at night. I looked at them and thought they might look cool as a picture, I took a couple shots, and this one came out surprisingly good. I especially like that all the other lights are very blurry, and only one is in crisp focus. One of the things I would have done if I realized at the time was to take it vertically because I think it would look even better
