Delmoral_Roses

I took this photo because I thought that this was a beautiful combination of flowers. I took this picture numerous times without flash but the lighting was terrible and they were quite blurry. With flash, the flowers are still and you can see a lot of detail.

Bache_Lamp

I took this picture with no flash. I i took it at and angle because it makes for a much more interesting photo. There isn't much color in the jewelery hung next to the lamp but I think that having dim lighting adds to the sense of home.

Jimin_ dog, dol-soon

I like this picture because I think it has very clear picture, good focus and there are so many detail in this picture. Also the shadow is very good. I took this picture in indoor without flash.

JackEgizi_beach

I took this picture a few weekends ago. I think the blue water/sky mesh well with the sand. I took this one without flash and I was standing on a rock not level to the sand. I like the flow of this picture

Rabinowitz_Bluejays

I took this picture standing outside my front door. The bluejays were perched on our fence and I thought it was the perfect opportunity to take their picture together. I like this picture because the background is dull and gray while the birds are a bright blue and have lots of coloring to them. The bluejays and the foliage really stand out in this photo.

Reitter_ Candle

This is a photo that I took from my "Title" project. This photo did not make it into the presentation, but as an extra. This is just a simple candle that was in my house that was placed on a table. The candle is about six inches high, but in the photo the candle appears to just and inch or so. The way the candle fades in brightness is an effect I like.

McGarry_Ocarina

This is a picture I took of an ocarina my mum brought back from Texas. The picture turned out blurry and weird, but I ended up using it over the other ones I took (which were much sharper) because of the way the ocarina itself is in almost perfect focus while the rest of the picture is not. I liked that a lot, but I couldn't recreate the effect, so even though there is a little piece of string in the lower right that I forgot to remove, I decided to post this one and see what you all think. This was taken at night, indoors, with no flash and a single light source coming from the upper right.

Wang_ Qiwei

I took this photo about two weeks befeor, when I was aroud Charles River. I like the photo because I like the mien of Qiwei Chen in this photo. I took it with out flash light.

Thinking_Ricky

I took this photo at Charles River and there was a man sitting on the dock; it makes a great composition.
