I like this one because the shadows from the window are visible, and the black backround makes everything else stand out.

I love how this picture came out, it was taken at a really cool angle. :)
Guess i should have discussed the differences between Seft portraits and portraits!? Other than shoot in B&W mode on camera, did you manipulate it in any way? You have a penchant to include great 'empty' space in your portraits which gives them such a non-self feel to them!!
I love this picture. It looks very film noir and it has a very dark and mysterious quality to it.
this picture looks awsome i like how their is a "bar" of shadow that devides your face.
