Zooming in, it's a little blurry, unfortunately. I like the black and white effect. I feel like in color it wouldn't be as interesting. I'm also kind of wishing her eyes looked lighter so you could see more depth in the black and white. I also think her nostril is a little weird, as is the bottom right corner that isn't her face.
