Natural lighting, I like how the picture is divided into three parts with the grass, the leaves and the pavement.

I like the separation between the three parts of the photo, but also how your focus is still on the handle of the shovel. I think maybe you should've cropped it a little to minus the road, which is the biggest third of the photo.
