I think this is a hawk, I couldn't tell because it was up really high in the sky. I like that its feathers are detailed, but I would have tried to make the second picture more clear.

I like this picture because even though it is a little blurry I can easily tell what it it, and it has great contrast.
I like the top picture the best because its in better focus and it's a really good angle of the bird. Great eye!
