I really like the flow in this photo, as well as the difference in colors. There's also a sort of symmetry to the lights, which adds to the photo. If I could change anything, I would have shook the camera a little more or changed the angle, otherwise it's a great photo!
Like Emelia said the flow of the picture is great! I like how the lights colors kind of combine making the picture have a nice glow and softness to it, yet the strays of light are straight. I think the contrast of the softness but straight lines really add to the picture.
