I like this picture a lot. I like the way there are specks of dirt. It add texture. My eyes are drawn in on the "Welcome" part of the sign. Then off the edge of the ledge. The shadows are shown on both sides on the sign giving it an interesting effect.
The only thing I would have changed was pull it a little further away from the wall to give it more depth.
