This is a great photo, you took it at the perfect time. The clouds have very clear movement, as does the picture itself; it flows toward the top right corner. The only thing that is unapealing about this photo is that usually in a scenery or landscape photo like this one there is a wider depth of field so it creates a 3-d illusion which is more asthetically pleasing. There is a little bit of depth in the photo but maybe if it was taken at a lower angle it would be more defined.
I think you took the photo at a good time of day. It's sunny, but there is some clouds so the sun isn't too bright.
