This is a picture of a mother and baby elephant. I saw them on a safari. I wish I was able to take this shot while they were in the sun. But, it is nice that the focus of the picture is not dead center.

This is an action shot I took while my brothers were on the Mt. Everest Rollercoaster. I like that it is not blurry and you can make out that they are people on a ride. It has good flow.

I like this picture because everything besides the sky and its reflection are dark. I kept the two things hanging down from the top in the picture because it is symmetrical to the two buldings in the foreground.

I took this picture in the morning. I like the shadows and the snow on the tree. I took this picture on the same day in the morning. I like how the bush is mostly covered in snow but is still visible.

I took this picture at the top of Loon Mountain. I like the depth of the picture and the different colors from the sky and the mountains. I also like the ray of sun coming down the whole picture.

This is the harbor in the town Rockport. I went up there to check on my beach house and there were boats still docked. I love the reflection of the boats in the water.

This paper is posted against a door in the front of the school. I took the picture from inside the door. There is a tear in the piece of paper so that you can see what is on the other side of the door. I like it because it is a unique perspective.

I chose this as my best picture because i like the angle of the picture and the way the light is in it. I used it on the self-portrait setting on my camera, with no flash.

I chose this picture, because I like the details in it. I like how the grass is clear in the front, and blurry in the back. I used the macro setting of my camera in order to pick up the details. This was one of my still life examples.
