I took this photo while I was at the cape Saturday during the day. I took this with natural light and no flash. I like how the horizontal lines of the fence and the grass compliment the horizontal lines of the rocks in the background. The water and sky are also horizontal. The shadows in the front are a little distracting and if i could redo this photo I would stand at a better angle to cut out the shadows.

I really like your photo Elena.I like the different shades of blue in your photo. I like the contrast between the color of the water, and the sky because it makes your photo interesting. I like the landscape-like effect to this photo. I think with the bushes and the fence makes this photo have an artistic effect to this image. I really like the effect with the waves crashing in on the shore, because it adds qualities like you would see in impressionist paintings. I like the line of horizon to your photo because it adds nice depth to your photo. I like the effect of the thin stretch of land in the distance of the photo because it creates a silhouette-like effect. I also like the shadow from the sign because it adds more range to this photo. Things I would change for this photo would be the sign on the right because it is a little bit distracting. I think if you changed the framing a little bit more to the left or cropped it a little the photo would look a little bit different. If there wasn't a sign in the way you would see more of the impression to the beach. I really like this photo.
