I took this photo when I went on vacation to Hawaii two weeks ago. I really like how the sun is showing through the clouds, but the front of the photo is still dark and seems to be in a shadow. I also like how the trees are dark silhouettes, because they match the foreground, being dark sand and rock.

I like this photo. I think its a really great photo. I think the location where you shot the photo was excellent. The only things that could have been improved about this photo to make it more interesting would have been to have had it taken being in full focus, the details are a bit blurry. The other thing I would have changed would have been to not have gotten the reflection from the window in the right side of the photo those are the two things I would have changed. Other than that its a very interesting and calm peaceful photo. Nice job!
I love the lighting in this photo, taking it in the early evening was a great idea. The way the light blue, the bright gold, and the darker grays/blacks blend together. I also like the way the blue of the sky reflects with the ocean. Great work!
