I really like the flow of the building behind the tree as well as how you captured the movement of the person next to the tree. I like how you cropped the tree also, but the building is a little distracting in the background. Great photo!
I think it is a greet photo, the color of the picture is nice, and the face of the women is interesting, it add the quality of the photo. I think the picture could be better if you focus on the person's face, in your picture, the focus is on the tree. The other thing I don't like is how you cut the tree off.
