This is a photo of one of the buildings at the 9/11 Memorial. I like how this building is much taller than the others around it. Also, i like how you can see the reflection of another building in the glass. If i could change something, i would have moved so that the trees aren't in the frame. I would also would have liked the lighting to be better. The cloudy day made the photo look dark and grey. This was taken outdoor without flash.

This is a picture I took in Boston of the Citgo sign. I like that parts of the sign are cut off which makes if feel like the sign is a lot closer. I also enjoy the fact that you can see a lot of detail like the lines which you can't usually see as clearly in most pictures of the sign.

I took this photo in Ashland. I like the color of the sky in this picture and the reflection of the tree in the water. I do not have a 62mm ND filter so I was not using a ND filter to slow down the shutter speed. I was using the smallest aperture and the lowest ISO instead. info: NIKON D90 [105mm F2.8] F29.0 1/3s -0.3EV.

I took this picture in Ashland before the snow. The sun set just gone so i got good color in this picture and i was us using a 0.9 ND filter, so I can slow down the shutter speed. the water is also running beautifully. info: NIKON D90 [10-20mm F4-F5.6] F32.0 1.6s -2.0EV

I took this photo without flash and i got up really close to the candle light. I like the reflection of the candle in the window and the dark background. I think it keeps the focus on the light and nothing else

my camera is having some ... problems ... right now, so I used an old photo instead. this one was taken way at the beginning of the year, during a light shower. I like it because of the partial reflection on the puddle. this was taken in the afternoon on an overcast day

This is a picture I took a while ago of my grandma making gnocchi from scratch. I like it because it gives you a sense of how messy cooking can be but also how much fun it is to do. This picture would have been better if I had less of the counter space in the back and no collander and maybe a closeup of my grandma and the pan.

This is a picture of hawk that flew onto our tree in my backyard. I was surprised that it did not fly away the closer I got. I like the blue coloring of the sky against the contrast of the tree branches. I also like how the sunlight brings out the white coloring of it's feathers and the fact that it was also staring at me.

This is a picture of a shoe that was on the side of the road while I was walking around Marlborough. It seemed like a good thing to take a picture of at the time, it reminds of a sandal Jesus would wear. This was taken outdoors with natural lighting on an overcast day.

I took this photo a couple of days ago, during a sunset. I really liked how the silhouette of the tree looked like against the sky, but I wish the tree was more symmetric. If I could change something, I would have included less of the trees at the bottom because they seem to crowd the photo.

I was taken this photo in CN, the focus in picture is the broze statue.I feel a little bit clutter in this picture but it is show a city culture. I took this one in HUBUXIANG, it is a best breakfast place in WuHan,and that street is very busy every morning, very crowd.That's why look like very jam.But the broze statue stand in the front of restaurant, it is very nice.

This still life picture is of a flower arrangement my dad bought my mother. I like how the flowers stand out because of their vibrant colors against the mostly black & white surroundings. The room was fairly dark so I had to use my flash to capture this.

I took this picture after the Christmas Eve Mass at Saint Tarcisius Church in Framingham. I like that all the objects in the picture have great coloring and contrast.

I took this photo outside at night, I chose this for my "Event" photo because you can tell that its New Year's Eve. It also creates a sense of movement and noise through their expressions which emphasizes the theme of an event.
