BarbieriC_Ringshadow

This is a picture I took of a ring balanced on an open book. This was a difficult picture to take because I had to hold the light at the right angle so that the ring would make a heart on the pages. I like the concept of this picture however I don't like that it is right in the middle. I wish I had moved the camera and followed the rule of thirds.

I like this picture because the light brings a very special looking shadow and it's very creative.

This is a very clever idea which turned into a very interesting photo. I actually like that the ring is centered, I don't think it would have been as good if you followed the rule of thirds. however, I think that if you could have used different book pages (for example, ones that didn't say "bitterly", but ones with more obvious romantic text) it would have added to the heart theme in a clever, subtle way.

This photo is really interesting. It has great focus and the lighting is really good too! The ring looks good in the center because that is the main focus of the photo.

This photo is so cool. I had to stop and look at it. I like how the gold ring really sticks out of the white pages. I also like how black the crack or binding or whatever you call it, in the book.
