The color of the peanuts do go with the wood background to some extent, and just having a massive amount of peanuts fill the shot with crisp focus on every peanut looks great.
i like how some of the peanuts are outside of the bowl. i also like that the peanuts outside the bowl are reflected on the bowl but their image on the bowl is still clear. the peanuts go good against the wood.
