Rabinowitz_Paul Revere Monument

This is a picture I took this weekend in the North End of the Paul Revere Monument. I liked how the trees in the background gives more depth to the picture. I decided to use my flash because it was late afternoon and the statue was in a shaded area between buildings.

I think this photo has good lighting for it being taken with flash. Also it has really good focus and you are drawn right to the statue. If I could change one thing I would crop the bottom off so that the guy in the corner wouldn't be there.

The lighting is very good; i would say that this was an excellent time to use the flash. I especially like the way his face is a little shadowy. the stuff on the right, like the building and the person, is a little distracting, I think you could probably cut most of the right side out.

I think this photo is good lighting but the weather was not good for taking picture. if you take this photo during the sun shine day, it will be better picture.

I agree with Jimin, that had I taken this picture at an earlier time in the day with the sun shinining it would've made this photo alot better.
