I really like this photo. There is a lot going on in the bottom of the photo, it is very interesting and really draws your eye. I think if you has less of the sky showing it would make for a better photo because almost the entire top half is blank space. If there were clouds or a vibrant color or the sun was included it it would be nice to include it but in this case I suggest you maybe crop a bit of the sky out so the focus stays at the bottom half.
There is some good gradation in this picture and you took this photo on a building. so we can see the hole thing in this picture. but this picture is not that interesting, maybe there is no main object ins this picture. focuse on a building or something will be a better picture.
