I think you caught a nice moment with both girls clearly happy; they're not posing for the picture. I also like how you tried to edit it a little. However, it is blurry and there are some distractions. I would have moved or cropped out the glass in the middle of the picture as well as whatever is fuzzy-looking at the bottom right corner. I would have also cropped a little more on the left side, because the two men in the background draw focus. Because the photo is black and white, the three bright lights along the top draw attention as well.
