Lanefski_BranchInSnow

I took this photograph with the macro setting on my Nikon D3200. I used natural light. I really like this photograph because of how focused and detailed it is. I think the colors go really well together, the green and brown pops against the white. I like the different shades of white in the snow from shadows. I don't like how the branch is not completely centered but I think it makes the photograph a little more interesting.

I like how the unique part of the photo, the green branch, is centered. I also agree that everything is very detailed and clearly focused and there is good contrast of textures and colors. However, since the brown branch runs off the page at the top, the bottom half of the photo appears somewhat empty.
