I like these photos because of the movement and shadows. From the numerous directions of the paper cut outs make for a more interesting photo with great detail and composition. I also like the shadows, the different levels of the paper snowflake create more shadows having a more three dimentional object.

I like both photographs! However, my favorite is the one on the top. I like that one because of how close you took it to the paper. I like how that the paper is in focus but the background is not. Although I can still see the house in the background, it is not as distracting as the photograph below.
Thankyou very much. I didn't realize that the background was distracting in the first place . I'm glad I posted both photos, because if I was to choose one I would've chosen the further away image, but i see now that the closer image is more of an aesthetically pleasing image than the other.
