I took this photograph today. I went outside to see how high the snow was in my backyard and realized how pretty the shadows that peeked through the trees looked on the snow. I used the auto setting on my camera with the longer lens. I love the way it turned out.

I really love this photo with the swings in a snowy background. The snow compliments the swings and makes them pop out. I also like the shadows of the whole swing set. The branch in the left sticking out of the snow is a bit distracting but I still love this photo.
I think the way that the shadows worked out so well was because of the time in the day. The sun was in the right place at the moment I took the picture. It works and thanks for mentioning the branches I did not even notice them. If you noticed them I am sure someone else noticed them.
