My favorite part of this picture is the sky in the background. It is not just a typical blue sky there is a hit of purple. Also the trees above your house look very nice against that kind of back drop. Next time you take a photo like this you might want to just focus on the house and crop out the house next door and the portion of your back yard that is visible.
when I took that picture I didn't even notice the sky. and looking at it now I defiantly should have cropped out the other house.
